The Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce will provide the following in conjunction with the 2010 Wisconsin Family Business Challenge "Vendor/Business Exposition: November 27, 2010 - The African American Women's Center - 3020 W. Vliet Street -  Milwaukee, WI

Setup: Friday, November 26, 2010 at 5pm

Tare down: Saturday, November 27, 2010 5pm

Family Business Challenge Entrepreneurial Booth

One year Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce Membership

One 10x8 booth space

One identification signs

One skirted table

Two chairs

Two identification badges

Name displayed in the Family Business Challenge Guide

The Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce reserves the ritht to designate the location of such exhibit space, but will attenpt to horor exhibitors request on a first come first served basis. exhibitor may not assign, sublet or permit any other person to use the exhibit space. Booth space will be secured upon receipt of full payment and a signed contract.

Exhibitors name will be desplayed in event guide.

Booth packages: $100 net.

A fee of $100 net paid to the order of the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce is to be paid for the exhibiton services described above. All exhibitor fees must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to event.

All service and equipment required by exhibitor ebyond those specified above will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and will be payble directly to provided according to provider's terms and conditons.

Exhibitor will comply with the Rules and Regulations of the exhibition in all aspects and andy failure to do so will constitute a breach of the agreement.

Exhibitor will idemnify TWBCC and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of action and suits accruign or resulting form any damage, injury or loss to any person or persons (including Exhibitor itself and all persons to whom Exhibitor my be liable under any worker's compensation law) and from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits for damages, including but not limited to, loss of property, goods, wares and merchandise, caused by, arising out of or in any way connected with the execise by the exhibitor of the privileges.

TWBCC will have not liability to exhibitor beyond sums actually paid by Exhibitor hereunder and will not in any event be liable for any special or consequential damanges.

Exhibitor will provide proof of insurance. (when necessary)
