Every quarter of a mile there is a workout station with a fitness instructor.

1 Mile Walk - 2 Mile Run

4 Workouts, (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

Change stations every 15 minutes.

Yoga classes starting at:

11:45am ,12:45pm ,1:45pm
