Our festival celebrates the vibrant culture and culinary traditions of the black community, bringing together a diverse array of restaurants, food vendors, and chefs. Take a stroll through our food marketplace, taste delicious dishes, enjoy live music and entertainment, and make new connections within our community. And don't forget to join us for the 23rd annual Men Who Cook competition, a highly competitive and entertaining showcase of Milwaukee’s best chefs. Sample Tickets $1
Sample Tickets will allow you to sample one once of any dish on the restaurants menu. If you decide you want more there will be an additional charge. Prices are set by the individual restaurant(s).
Restaurants Register Here
Restaurants are charged a fee of $150 to be registered at this event. You will be reimbursed $50 on the day of the event if you show up. You are to accept individual sample tickets for samples of your food. The standard is one once of food for the tasting. If a customer wants additional food you may charge them per your menu prices. You will be reimbursed .50 for each ticket you collect. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
