Black Winemakers Chicago Day Trip

Join us for a summer weekend in Chicago for some winemaking fun! We'll meet at the Chamber Headquarters at 11AM and load up then head to Chicago for the day. We'll start off with lunch at one of the Chicago's most popular eaterys before arriving to the winery. During the wine class, we'll learn about wine etiqutte, and the entire process from start to finish! Of course you'll recieve complimenatry wine to sip as we make our own special spirit. You'll be able to pick your own ingridients and craft your own port, sangria, red or white wine! 🍷🍇 

We will then seal our cases, let our wine ferment and head off to dinner before departing back to Milwaukee. (Dinner is based off the majority, we might head straight back if we are behind time.) During this time think about the name of your wine, your logo designs and the bottling style that you'd like for you wine so you'll be ready to finalize your delicious product!

Please note: two (2) trips are included with your one-time purchase. This trip inlcudes the process of choosing your ingredients/flavors and creating your own wine. About a month later we will take another trip back to the winery after it's been fermented, where we will bottle our wine and seal it to our desired liking. Participants will recieve information about the second trip during the first winemakers class.
